Actually did some hops on one foot en pointe!
We were working on the 2nd act Kitri variation and we hadn’t tried it before today en pointe. The beginning was fine, and when we got the hops I was just thinking “well crap”
I have pretty weak & flexible ankles (they’ve gotten stronger!)
But I actually did like 3 sets of 3 hops in a row! Which is nothing compared to what I was supposed to do, but hey- progress.
